Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Engineer Trainee to join our manufacturing team. As a trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of production engineering, including process optimization, tooling setup, quality control, and CNC operations. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or entry-level professionals to build a career in precision tool manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, especially in machining and tool grinding.
Familiarity with CNC machines and CAD/CAM software is an advantage.
Knowledge of engineering drawings and tolerances.
Support in setup, programming, and operation of CNC grinding, turning, and milling machines.
Monitor machine performance and recommend adjustments to improve efficiency and tool life.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality protocols throughout the production line.
Maintain accurate production documentation and reports.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced production environment.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
