Job Role:

As a

Diploma Engineer Trainee

, you will be working on-site with the

installation and commissioning team

for solar power plants. This role is best suited for candidates who are eager to learn, can work in field conditions, and are ready to build a career in the solar energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in

installation, testing, and commissioning

of solar power systems (Rooftop / Ground-mounted). Support the site supervisor and senior engineers in

field operations

. Coordinate with the project team to ensure

timely and quality installation

. Handle basic

electrical/mechanical tasks

under supervision. Ensure

compliance with safety standards

at the site. Maintain proper documentation and site reports.

Required Qualifications:

Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Fresher candidates are welcome. Basic knowledge of electrical circuits, wiring, and mechanical tools. Willingness to travel and work at different project sites. Physically fit and ready to work in outdoor/site conditions.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
