Monitor daily production activities and ensure achievement of shift targets.
Allocate manpower and ensure proper utilization of workmen during the shift.
Supervise furnace operations, refining, casting, and related processes (industry-specific).
Ensure proper operation of manufacturing machines such as melting pots, rollers, conveyors, mixers, and battery plate equipment.
Maintain shift production logs, downtime records, and material consumption sheets.
