We are looking for a motivated Diploma Mechanical Engineering fresher who is eager to learn and grow in a manufacturing and engineering environment. The role involves supporting production, assembly, quality, and basic design activities while gaining hands-on industry exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in
assembly, testing, and inspection
of mechanical components
Support
production planning and shop-floor activities
Read and understand
basic mechanical drawings
Help in
quality checks, measurements, and documentation
Coordinate with production, stores, and quality teams
Maintain
job records, checklists, and reports
Follow
safety, quality, and company procedures
Support continuous improvement and learning initiatives
Skills & Requirements:
Basic knowledge of
mechanical engineering concepts
Familiar with
measuring instruments
(Vernier, micrometer, gauges)
Basic understanding of
manufacturing processes
Ability to read
2D drawings
(basic level)
Willingness to learn and work on the shop floor
Good discipline, punctuality, and teamwork
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word)
Preferred (Good to Have):
Exposure to
CNC machines / hydraulics / pneumatics
Internship or workshop experience
Knowledge of
ISO / quality practices
