Job Description

CNC Machine Operation and Programming:

Learn to interpret engineering drawings and specifications for CNC machining. Undergo training in creating, editing, and optimizing CNC programs (G-code, M-code) for various machines Assist in setting up CNC machines, including tool selection, loading, and workpiece fixturing. Learn to operate CNC machines safely and efficiently, monitoring operations for adherence to specifications. Participate in troubleshooting minor machine issues and performing routine maintenance checks.

Production Supervision:

Assist the Production Supervisor in daily production planning and scheduling. Learn about shop floor management, including material flow, inventory control, and workstation organization. Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards and production targets are met. Help in identifying and resolving minor production bottlenecks or inefficiencies. Maintain accurate production records, shift logs, and quality control documentation.

Quality Inspection:

Undergo training in using precision measuring instruments to inspect manufactured parts. Learn to conduct in-process and final inspections to ensure parts meet specified tolerances and quality criteria. Assist in identifying non-conforming parts and understanding root cause analysis.

Qualifications

:

Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering 12th Pass
Room facility will be provided based on availability.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Mahadevapura, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
