Key Responsibilities:

Machine Operation -

Assist in operating the solar cell stringer machine as per production schedule, ensuring accuracy, safety, and quality standards.

Cell Stringing Process -

Learn and support activities like cell loading, alignment, tabbing, soldering, and visual inspection.

Troubleshooting Support -

Assist senior operators/engineers in identifying minor machine issues and perform basic corrective actions under supervision.

SOP & Compliance -

Follow all process SOPs, work instructions, safety regulations, and EHS guidelines strictly.

Production Reporting -

Maintain daily production logs, machine checklists, and assist in preparing reports for supervisors.

Continuous Learning -

Participate in technical training on stringer machines, lamination processes, and solar module manufacturing standards.

Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering discipline. Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience in manufacturing/production (preferable). Basic understanding of machines, soldering, electrical components will be an advantage. Strong observation skills and attention to detail. Willingness to learn solar manufacturing processes and machine operations. Good communication and teamwork skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
