Field Service Operations: Assisting experienced engineers to assist in the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of UPS systems at customer sites.
Troubleshooting: Learn to diagnose technical issues, identify faults, and implement effective solutions to ensure uninterrupted power supply for our clients.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service visits, inventory usage, and equipment condition. Prepare service reports and documentation as per company guidelines.
Customer Interaction: Interact professionally with customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide guidance on the operation and maintenance of UPS systems.
Safety and Compliance: Adhere to company safety protocols and industry regulations during all field service operations. Ensure personal and team compliance with safety standards at all times.
Requirements:
Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering,
Basic understanding of electrical circuits and components.
