About the position

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Diploma Engineer Trainee (DET) to join our Research & Innovation Department. In this role, you will work closely with senior engineers and project teams on product testing, new product development etc. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience in cutting-edge technology projects while contributing to innovation-driven solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Apply basic fundamentals of electronics to assist in circuit testing, component analysis, and prototype development under senior engineer supervision. Identify and understand various component packages including resistors, capacitors, and ICs for accurate selection, placement, and circuit integration. Operate and utilize CRO, multimeter, and related electronic instruments to measure, analyze, and troubleshoot circuit parameters and signal behavior. Interpret resistor color codes accurately to determine resistance values during circuit assembly, testing, and troubleshooting tasks. Perform neat and precise assembly and disassembly of SMD packages like 0402, 0603, SOT-23, and STM32G0 microcontroller. Convert electronic schematics into functional circuits on Zero PCB, ensuring accurate connections, component placement, and circuit performance testing. Identify and resolve faults in printed circuit boards (PCBs) through systematic debugging, signal tracing, and component-level troubleshooting techniques. Demonstrate basic understanding of electronic schematics and their correlation with PCB layout to assist in design verification and troubleshooting.

Qualification & Skills

Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or any relative field [Freshers are encouraged to apply] Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer knowledge Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
