Role : DIPLOMA Electrical Engineer - Machine Manufacturing Industry

LOCATION : Vadodara, Gujarat

REPORTING TO : Production Manager/Service Manager

Job Overview

:

We are seeking a

dynamic young Diploma Electrical Engineer - Quality Cum Production Supervisor

with

2-5 years of hands-on experience

in the

machine manufacturing industry

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

panel wiring, testing, machine assembly, trials, fitment, and installation

of machinery both within India and abroad. This role demands strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the willingness to travel to customer sites for

installation and commissioning

.

Key Responsibilities

:

Inspect raw materials (PLCs, VFDs, sensors) for compliance with quality standards.

Verify certifications and safety regulations for electrical components. Perform tests to ensure plc,vfd, servo & VFD meet specifications (resistance, voltage, etc.). Documentation of SOP for all Quality under inspections and report non-conformities. Lead and manage the production team. Organize workflows, assign tasks, and ensure targets are met. Troubleshoot electrical or assembly issues during production. Enforce safety standards in the production area. Suggest process improvements for efficiency and cost reduction. Ensure proper integration of electrical systems, motors, and sensors. Test and assist with the commissioning of machines..

Required Skills & Qualifications

:

Experience: 2-5 years of hands-on experience in electrical work within the machine manufacturing industry.

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with panel wiring, PLCs, HMIs, and electrical control systems. Experience with Fatek make PLC FBS Series and Kinco HMI is an advantage.

In-depth knowledge of electrical components (PLCs, VFDs, sensors).

Proficient in testing and troubleshooting electrical systems.

Strong ability to read and understand technical drawings.

Leadership and team management skills.

Clear communication and reporting abilities.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

:

Education

: Diploma/Degree in

Electrical Engineering

or a related field.

Software Skills

: Knowledge of Panel Wiring, Supervision, Measurement of Team Performance evolusion is a plus.
