Diploma Civil Engineer (Fresher) to assist in planning, execution, and supervision of civil engineering projects. The candidate will work under senior engineers to support site activities, quality control, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in site supervision of civil construction activities
Support execution of works as per drawings and specifications
Perform basic quantity estimation and material calculations
Assist in preparation of BOQ (Bill of Quantities)
Monitor daily site progress and prepare reports
Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality guidelines
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site staff
Assist in surveying and leveling works
Maintain site records, drawings, and documentation
Skills & Requirements
Diploma in Civil Engineering (completed)
Basic knowledge of construction methods and materials
Understanding of civil drawings and layouts
Familiarity with AutoCAD (basic level preferred)
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
Willingness to work on-site and travel if required
Good communication and teamwork skills
