Job Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, execution, and supervision of civil construction works Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and site plans Ensure quality control and adherence to project standards Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly reports Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and other on-site personnel Assist in material estimation, procurement, and inventory tracking Ensure site safety compliance and documentation Handle basic surveying and leveling tasks Report issues or deviations to the Site Engineer/Project Manager

Requirements:

Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute 1-3 years of site experience preferred (freshers may apply for trainee roles) Knowledge of construction practices, materials, and measurements Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Excel, and basic site documentation Ability to work in outdoor conditions and meet deadlines Good communication and problem-solving skills Willingness to travel and relocate, if required
