Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day site activities.
Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of civil works.
Ensure work is done as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, workers, and project managers.
Maintain daily site reports, material records, and work progress.
Check measurements, materials, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Ensure safety protocols are followed on the site.
Support senior engineers in design, estimation, and documentation.
Skills Required
Knowledge of civil construction methods & materials.
Ability to read drawings and site plans.
Basic understanding of AutoCAD (optional but preferred).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.
