Job Description

Eligibility: ITI/Diploma candidate in any specialization with 2-3 years of experience

Skills Needed:

u Knowledge of basic networking - LAN, WAN & MAN

u Critical thinking skills

u Excellent knowledge in cable laying and Tools handling

u Ability to maintain composure under pressure & Adaptive to challenging situations

u Highly organized, quick learner, and an ability to work in a team environment.

u Good observation skills & willing to learn

u Outgoing personality with great attitude

Roles & Responsibilities:

u Handles customer support requests primarily via phone, chat, and tickets

u To conduct a site survey in the customer place

u Carries out the assigned cabling tasks (CAT6 data or Electrical wire or Voice) & PVC Conduit/Truff fixing tasks including laying, splicing, testing, fault location and maintenance activities promptly, systematically, efficiently, and according to the prescribed procedures and standards

u Installation and maintenance of customer network devices/equipment and systems

u Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems

u Provides technical troubleshooting of product offerings and offers solutions that satisfy customer

u Procurement of necessary stock items for carrying out network activities

u Resolve problems reported by end user

u Responsible for implementation, execution, control, and completion ensuring consistency with company commitments and goals.

u Attending meetings, workshops and Trainings

u Adopting to work hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
