Job Summary:
We need an experienced Digital Marketing Executive with at least 3 years in paid advertising to manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other platforms. You'll play a key role in scaling our brands' digital footprint, targeting luxury jewelry buyers, and delivering measurable growth in leads and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), Meta Ads, and YouTube Ads to maximize ROAS and minimize CPC.
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing for jewelry-specific campaigns (e.g., diamond engagement rings, silver ethnic wear).
Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other tools; prepare weekly/monthly reports on KPIs like CTR, conversion rate, and revenue attribution.
Manage ad budgets , creative assets (images/videos of jewelry products), and landing page optimizations for e-commerce conversions.
Collaborate with design and sales teams to create compelling ad copy, visuals, and retargeting strategies for high-value customers.
Stay updated on platform algorithms, privacy changes (e.g., iOS tracking), and jewelry industry trends to refine strategies.
Support organic efforts like SEO basics and social media scheduling as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with proven expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads (certifications like Google Ads Certification or Meta Blueprint preferred).
Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and ad platform dashboards.
Experience in e-commerce or luxury goods marketing is a plus (portfolio of jewelry/beauty campaigns ideal).
Excellent communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with cross-functional teams.
Tools proficiency: Canva/Photoshop for ad creatives, Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
