Summary As the Digitization Functional Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Technology stack to support business priorities & digitize key business processes across International, enabling frontline and leadership teams to operate with greater speed, visibility, and effectiveness. You will own the design and deployment of intuitive dashboards and digital tools, in close partnership with zone teams and central stakeholders. This role will work cross commercial, supply chain and finance functions, helping simplify and scale best practices across zones and functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Digitization:Map critical business processes and identify opportunities for digitization that eliminate waste, reduce manual effort, and improve data integrity and access.
• Digital Tool Development: Partner with functional teams and IT to define requirements and co-create simple, scalable digital tools that support Lean workflows. This includes dashboards, trackers, and automation enablers that drive decision-making and operational excellence.
• Dashboarding & Visibility: Design and implement intuitive, action-oriented dashboards to help teams at all levels monitor performance, identify problems early, and drive continuous improvement. Ensure dashboards are aligned to key business priorities and easy to maintain.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with zone teams, subject matter experts, and functional leaders to ensure digital solutions are fit-for-purpose and adopted by end users. Act as the voice of the frontline in digital design discussions.
• Digitization Roadmap: Own and maintain a digitization roadmap tied to business priorities. Ensure prioritization of initiatives and adequate resource alignment for high-impact opportunities.
• Sustainment & Training: Support change management and training efforts to embed digital tools and dashboards into daily management routines. Foster a culture of continuous improvement through digitization.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Management, or a related field. Lean and/or data visualization certifications (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) are a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in:
Data architecture, structuring data for usage at large scale
Technology stack. Experience with multiple technical solutions to organize & query data. Exposure to SQL, PBI, Microsoft Fabric, Amazon AWS, AI
Functional IT experience: working closely with commercial, supply chain or finance, with strong track record in delivering to customers
Proven agility with technology
Digitization: Experience developing dashboards or digital tools in collaboration with business teams and IT.
