Job description:
Handle & digitize photographic negatives (35mm, medium format, glass plates, etc.)
Use DSLR/mirrorless camera setup on copy stand for high-res scans
Follow file naming/storage protocols
Extract metadata from envelopes, boxes, or contextual materials
Organize metadata in Excel/Google Sheets
Tag images using keywords
Assist in building a searchable digital archiveJob
