Acrebook is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to drive growth for our property management support and virtual back-office solutions. If you excel at generating high-quality B2B leads through digital channels and want to make a real impact alongside an international team, we want to hear from you.
### Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital campaigns (organic, paid, content), targeting property managers, real estate holding companies, brokers, and related professionals across the US (with a key focus on New Jersey).
- Manage Acrebook's online presence: optimize SEO, maintain and enrich our Google Business Profile, and grow reach on platforms like LinkedIn and industry directories.
- Identify, research, and engage property management industry decision-makers through social channels, forums, and email outreach.
- Craft and distribute compelling content (blog posts, whitepapers, guides) designed to attract warm leads to our service offerings (property management support, virtual assistants, bookkeeping, etc.).
- Track lead sources and conversion data, adapting tactics for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with leadership on strategy, messaging, and new campaigns.
### Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in digital marketing and B2B lead generation
- Demonstrated success generating leads in property management, real estate, professional services, or similar outsourcing/BPO sectors.
- Hands-on knowledge of social media marketing, SEO, content creation, and CRM/sales funnel management.
- Strong English communication and copywriting skills.
- Analytical mindset; comfortable using metrics to drive results.
- Experience with US multifamily/real estate space is a plus.
