Position Overview



The Digital Marketing Operations Executive will play a pivotal role in managing, coordinating, and converting leads generated through various digital marketing channels. This individual will act as the primary point of contact for incoming leads--handling calls, understanding patient needs, providing relevant information, and ensuring high conversion rates through timely and professional follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities



Lead Management & Coordination:



Handle incoming calls from digital marketing leads and inquiries across multiple platforms (website, social media, campaigns, etc.).

Record and update lead details accurately in the CRM or lead management system.

Assign leads to appropriate sales or healthcare consultation teams when necessary.

Lead Conversion:



Engage with potential clients/patients to understand their needs and recommend suitable healthcare services or solutions.

Follow up with leads through calls, emails, or WhatsApp to ensure timely conversion.

Maintain strong relationships with leads to build trust and improve retention.

Collaboration:



Work closely with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.

Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new patients/clients.

Performance Tracking:



Monitor and report lead flow, conversion rates, and key performance metrics.

Suggest improvements to optimize lead handling processes and conversion efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

1-3 years of experience in digital marketing operations, lead management, or inside sales (preferably in healthcare or service-based industries).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
