We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic

Digital Telecaller & Marketer

to join our in-house team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with clients, generating leads, and creating digital marketing campaigns to expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries to generate qualified leads. Effectively communicate company offerings and solutions to prospective clients. Maintain and update customer databases (CRM) with accuracy. Create digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, WhatsApp, etc.). Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to meet monthly targets. Collect feedback and market intelligence to support business strategy.
Requirements

Excellent communication skills in English (regional languages a plus). Prior experience in telecalling, lead generation, or customer support preferred. Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer relationship skills. Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace. Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
