We are launching a dynamic new division and seeking a creative, digitally-savvy Product Manager to lead the awareness, visibility, and adoption of our medical equipment product line. This role will be pivotal in building brand recognition from the ground up, driving strategic marketing initiatives, and crafting compelling visual and digital assets.
The ideal candidate will be a hybrid thinker - strategic yet hands-on, with strong experience in digital marketing, brand development, and creative design using tools like CorelDRAW.

Key Responsibilities
1. Product Awareness & Brand Development
Develop and execute integrated marketing plans to build brand identity and awareness across channels.
Create engaging marketing materials - including brochures, infographics, digital banners, explainer videos, and presentations.
Drive product storytelling through consistent branding, messaging, and visual identity.
2. Creative & Digital Asset Creation
Design compelling marketing creatives and educational tools using CorelDRAW, Adobe Suite, and other digital platforms.
Lead the creation of digital campaigns for platforms like LinkedIn, Google Ads, and targeted email marketing.
Collaborate with design and content teams to produce visually-rich campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
3. Sales Enablement & Training
Equip sales teams with product knowledge, digital toolkits, and creative assets to drive adoption and performance in the field.
Plan and deliver engaging product training sessions, both online and on-ground.
4. Market Research & Strategy
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive strategies to identify growth opportunities.
Develop and execute counter-strategies based on market intelligence and product feedback.
5. Campaign Execution & Program Management
Manage end-to-end execution of launch campaigns, regional events, and promotional activities.
Plan and coordinate branding at trade shows, medical conferences, and in-clinic promotional installations.
6. Adoption Metrics & Feedback Analysis
Monitor adoption rates and campaign performance across regions.
Track product feedback and sample utilization, generating actionable insights to inform future initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor//'s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field; MBA in Marketing preferred.
4-6 years of experience in product marketing, creative branding, or digital marketing - preferably in healthcare, pharma, or medtech.
Strong skills in CorelDRAW, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools.
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, social media, email automation).
Excellent analytical, storytelling, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
