The program content focuses on preparing learners to be \xe2\x97\x8f Digital Citizens: Access to e-governance, Responsible digital engagement \xe2\x97\x8f Digital Learners: Ability to self-learn, Improve workplace competencies \xe2\x97\x8f Digital Customers: Confidence in online transactions, Availing online services \xe2\x97\x8f Digital Earners: Confidence to run a business, identify & acquire customers About the role: We are looking for enthusiastic Digital Empowerment Facilitators to promote computer & digital literacy among youth. Expectations/Deliverables: \xe2\x97\x8f Preparation of sessions as per training guidelines and material applicable for the program. \xe2\x97\x8f Impart training to the candidates in the respective centre.Conducting classes as per schedule and methodology. \xe2\x97\x8f Ensuring student attendance and participation in the sessions. \xe2\x97\x8f Maintaining progress report of student, handling internal MIS system (encore) and involving day-to-day reporting. \xe2\x97\x8f Helping with students\xe2\x80\x99 mobilization in nearby communities & supporting centers to maintain infrastructure. \xe2\x97\x8f Achieve the monthly targets with efficiency and quality. \xe2\x97\x8f Maintaining a pool of alumni and conducting regular alumni events and assessments. Preferred Skill Sets, Years of Experience, Professional Background: \xe2\x97\x8f Any Graduate preferably Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related discipline. \xe2\x97\x8f Prior experience as a computer teacher or IT trainer or in a similar field is preferred. \xe2\x97\x8f Hands on knowledge of Google Apps,MS-suite, e-governance. \xe2\x97\x8f Self-driven, motivated ,excellent time management and multitasking skills \xe2\x97\x8f Strong people management and orientation towards relationship building \xe2\x97\x8f Strong verbal and written communication skills in Marathi and English \xe2\x97\x8f Should have digital proficiency and is comfortable and up to date with changes in technology. \xe2\x97\x8f Should understand the importance of technology and believe in the cause to reduce digital divide in the society.
