About the Role

Digital Web Producers bring trekbikes.com to life. They're the bridge between creative vision and digital execution -- organizing, configuring, and maintaining the pages millions of riders see every day.


This is

not a developer role

and

not a copywriting role

. Instead, it's about expertly managing website content, collaborating across departments, and making sure everything that appears on trekbikes.com looks sharp, functions flawlessly, and aligns with Trek's global brand.

What You'll Do

Build and update pages on trekbikes.com using the

Contentful CMS

. Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams to bring campaigns and initiatives to life. Manage and organize digital assets using the

Cloudinary DAM

. Localize and maintain content for global markets. Ensure brand consistency, accuracy, and high-quality presentation across all web pages. Prioritize multiple projects and balance fast turnarounds with meticulous attention to detail. Continuously look for smarter, faster ways to publish and optimize content.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree and/or 3+ years of experience in website content management, digital production, or a related field. Proven expertise with the

Cloudinary DAM

. Experience with enterprise-level CMS platforms;

familiarity with Contentful

is highly desired. Exceptional organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams. A proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities independently. A sense of humor and a strong work ethic.

Bonus Skills

Working knowledge of

HTML

and

CSS

. Familiarity with bicycles, cycling culture, or the outdoor industry.
