As a Digital Visual Designer (Video & Graphics), you will create engaging video and graphic content that supports marketing, branding, sales, and digital initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys visual storytelling, motion design, and working on diverse creative assets in a fast-paced B2B environment.
What You'll Do
------------------
Video Editing & Motion Design
Edit and produce high-quality videos for:
+ Social media platforms
+ Marketing campaigns
+ Website content
+ Internal communications
Add transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, sound effects, and basic animations.
Optimize videos for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
Ensure consistency with mindZvue's brand guidelines and visual standards.
Graphic Design
Design creatives for:
+ Social media posts and ads
+ Banners and digital campaigns
+ Presentations and pitch decks
+ Marketing and branding collateral
Create thumbnails, posters, infographics, and other digital assets.
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
Collaboration & Execution
Work closely with:
+ Content writers
+ Marketing teams
+ Internal stakeholders
Manage multiple design tasks and meet timelines consistently.
Take feedback positively and iterate designs efficiently.
Maintain organized design files and reusable creative assets.
Requirements
What We're Looking For

Must-Have Skills & Experience
1-3 years of experience in:
+ Video editing
+ Motion graphics
+ Graphic design
Strong hands-on experience with:
+ Adobe Premiere Pro
+ Adobe After Effects (motion graphics & animations)
Good understanding of:
+ Composition
+ Color theory
+ Typography
+ Visual storytelling
Ability to work from the Nagpur office (this is a Work From Office role).
Strong attention to detail and design consistency.
Tools & Software
Adobe Premiere Pro
Adobe After Effects
Good to Have (Bonus)
Experience with Canva
Basic audio editing knowledge (Adobe Audition or similar)
Familiarity with social media design trends
Interest in B2B, SaaS, or technology-focused design
