We are developing a high-fidelity Digital Twin environment and are seeking talented
3D Artists
who can produce optimized, realistic models and integrate them seamlessly into
Unreal Engine
. This role requires precision, consistency, and strong collaboration with a technical team while meeting strict delivery timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality 3D models of buildings, interiors, environments, and assets.
Optimize models for real-time performance within Unreal Engine.
Import, configure, and set up assets in Unreal (materials, lighting, collisions, LODs).
Follow naming conventions, folder structures, and version control processes.
Integrate AI-generated data or LiDAR scan inputs when provided.
Collaborate closely with the Technical Lead/Project Manager for reviews, revisions, and approvals.
Deliver work in structured milestones with consistent quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong proficiency in
Unreal Engine 5
Expertise in
3ds Max
or
Maya
Solid understanding of
PBR materials
,
UV unwrapping
, and
asset optimization
Basic working knowledge of
Blueprints
Understanding of
LOD (Level of Detail) creation
Experience or familiarity with architectural visualization preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to work with distributed teams
Preferred Experience (Nice to Have)
Experience in

Familiarity with
