Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field. About 10 years of Proven experience as a Digital Transformation Specialist, or a similar role, with a strong track record of successfully delivering complex projects, preferably in the jewelry industry. Knowledge of the jewelry manufacturing and export business, including supply chain management, inventory control, and quality assurance. Hands-on experience with AI technologies, SaaS-based products, and SharePoint. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and translate business needs into technology solutions. Strong project management and execution skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, global environment. PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

Manage and execute digital transformation projects for operations in all geographies (US, UK, Australia, India) ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Lead, coordinate and execute technology-related business projects for our India operations, with a focus on optimizing our manufacturing and export processes through the adoption of new digital tools and AI technologies. Serve as the primary liaison between the Technology and Business stakeholders, on digital transformation projects, translating business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the end-to-end jewelry manufacturing and export business, from design and production to sales and distribution. To identify digital transformation opportunities at various stages and make proposals for implementation Oversee the implementation, customization, and maintenance of our key business digital products, including SaaS-based products, web-based applications, and SharePoint. Identify and assess new technologies, AI solutions, and SaaS products that can enhance our business operations and provide a competitive advantage. Lead project teams, providing clear direction, support, and guidance to ensure successful project outcomes. Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and risk assessments. Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations. Interface with multiple teams across the organization to ensure seamless project execution and adoption of new technologies. Interface with external vendors, conduct technology evaluations to assess suitability
