As a Digital Transformation Product Delivery Associate in the Wholesale Lending Operations team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of digital initiatives that enhance the efficiency, scalability, and customer experience of wholesale lending operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of lending processes, digital technologies, and agile methodologies to drive innovation and improve business outcomes.

Job responsibilities

Support the development of our product strategy and roadmap Collect and analyze metrics on product performance to inform decision-making Contribute to solution discovery through collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify potential solutions that address user needs and align with business goals Participate in product planning sessions, contributes ideas and insights, and assists in the execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely and successful product launches Collaborate with the product manager to engage stakeholders and define user workflows, requirements, stories, and customer value Utilize agile methodologies to manage the development and delivery process, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to changing business needs. Focus on enhancing the user experience by incorporating feedback and insights into the design and development process. Performs functional validation of product features in the testing environments and Production environment Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of digital solutions that enhance lending operations.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in digital transformation projects within the financial services or lending industry. Strong understanding of wholesale lending processes, digital technologies, and agile methodologies. Exposure to product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition Emerging knowledge of data analytics and data literacy Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills Effective written and verbal communicator with excellent reasoning, organizational and presentation skills * Strong analytical skills and proficient with the Microsoft Office suite and with Agile tools (i.e. JIRA, Confluence or similar)
