Responsibilities

Digital Transformation Leadership: Spearhead digital transformation projects in the construction sector, focusing on innovative solutions and process improvements.

Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of Integrated Digital delivery for construction projects, ensuring alignment with digital transformation goals.

Team Management: Lead and mentor a team responsible for implementing digitalization strategies, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of new technologies and processes within the organization.

BIM and Design Management: Utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and methodologies to enhance project design and management processes.

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including project teams, clients, and vendors, to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business objectives

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per month
