Responsibilities:
Conduct site-based digital maturity assessments across IT and OT layers in manufacturing and R&D environments.
Engage with cross-functional client teams to capture current state, identify pain points, and map transformation opportunities.
Develop and present gap assessments and digital transformation roadmaps.
Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to drive strategic alignment and implementation planning.
Support knowledge documentation, project reporting, and post-assessment advisory.
Travel internationally for short-term site visits (typically 2 weeks at a time).
Requirements:
6-9 years of total experience, with relevant exposure to digital transformation initiatives.
Strong understanding of pharma/life sciences operations with experience in manufacturing, laboratories, quality or operational excellence functions.
Familiarity with OT/IT systems (e.g., MES, LIMS, SCADA, Historian, ERP).
Experience in gap analysis, roadmap creation, and client-facing consulting.
Background in consulting firms or enterprise digital projects strongly preferred.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
Preferred Qualifications
Degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or Digital Transformation frameworks are an advantage.
