Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Digital Technician to handle installation, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of digital and electronic appliances. The role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and customer-focused service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Install, service, and repair digital & electronic appliances

Diagnose technical faults and provide effective solutions

Handle after-sales service calls and on-site visits

Perform routine maintenance and preventive checks

Maintain service records, job cards, and reports

Coordinate with service coordinators and spare parts team

Ensure safety standards and company service protocols

Provide technical support and guidance to customers

Handle warranty and non-warranty service cases

Skills & Requirements

Strong knowledge of electronics, digital circuits, and appliances

Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software-related issues

Familiarity with TVs, ACs, washing machines, refrigerators, and small appliances

Good communication and customer-handling skills

Time management and field coordination skills

Willingness to travel for service calls

Qualifications

ITI / Diploma in Electronics / Electrical / Digital Technology

Experience in the same field is an added advantage

Freshers with technical knowledge can also apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,050.03 - ?22,569.04 per month
