Job Description

Sales Leadership:

Manage and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering collaboration to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Drive end-to-end sales processes, including lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure. Identify and close long-term contracts with clients, ensuring recurring revenue streams.
Marketing Strategy:

Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns tailored to target audiences. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and refine strategies. Own and optimize key marketing performance metrics
Client Management:

Responsible for Individual Clients and obtaining regular orders with follow-up for On-time delivery. Present dynamic, client-focused solutions highlighting the value and ROI of products/services. Maintaining Unique Report Structure/Format with respect to the individual clients Up-selling Premium Clients with further Research or Package & Improved ranking Strategies
Performance Metrics & Reporting:

Analyze sales and marketing data to measure success and refine strategies. Prepare reports on team performance, client feedback, and market trends.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
