Digital Strategy Manager
to lead digital transformation initiatives and develop data-driven strategies across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, optimizing, and overseeing digital roadmaps that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities1. Digital Strategy & Planning
Develop comprehensive digital strategies aligned with brand objectives and business goals.
Identify digital opportunities across social, web, performance marketing, and emerging technologies.
Lead digital transformation initiatives and support cross-platform integration.
2. Performance Optimization
Oversee analytics and digital KPIs including traffic, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
Use data insights to refine digital activities, improve customer journeys, and optimize performance.
Collaborate with digital teams to enhance campaign effectiveness and user experience.
3. Content & Creative Direction
Guide content strategy for social media, website, blogs, and campaigns.
Work with creative teams to ensure messaging aligns with brand guidelines and target audiences.
Develop storytelling and communication frameworks across digital channels.
4. Stakeholder & Team Coordination
Work closely with internal teams (marketing, sales, product, design) to execute strategic plans.
Manage digital partnerships, agencies, and third-party vendors.
Lead team meetings, strategic reviews, and digital planning sessions.
5. Market Research & Trend Analysis
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and new digital innovations.
Evaluate new tools, platforms, and technologies for potential adoption.
Conduct market research to understand target audiences and digital behavior.
6. Budgeting & Reporting
Manage digital budget, forecasting, and cost efficiency.
Create regular strategy reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
Present insights, recommendations, and future plans to leadership teams.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
4-8 years of experience in digital strategy, digital marketing, or brand strategy roles.
Strong understanding of performance marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, CRM, and digital analytics.
Proficiency with tools such as GA4, Search Console, Meta Suite, CRM dashboards, Data Studio, etc.
Excellent strategic thinking, analytical skills, and leadership ability.
Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
