The Digital Strategy Lead is responsible for planning, developing, and executing digital strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive growth, and improve online performance. This role requires strong analytical skills, leadership ability, and expertise in digital marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Lead SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Performance Marketing initiatives.
Analyze digital campaigns, website analytics, and user behavior to improve ROI.
Coordinate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital technologies.
Manage digital budgets and optimise ad spends.
Oversee digital transformation and customer engagement strategies.
Prepare reports with insights and recommendations for management.
Lead, mentor, and guide the digital marketing team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
4-7 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Strategy roles.
Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics tools, and CRM systems.
Excellent understanding of digital platforms and performance metrics.
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
Preferred:
Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar tools.
Experience in handling end-to-end digital campaigns.
