Key Responsibilities
Team Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams (creative, copy, video, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
Brief Management & Execution Excellence: Accurately decode client briefs and execute deliverables to exact specifications while maintaining zero operational escalations through seamless operations and meticulous attention to detail.
Content Strategy & Calendar Management: Lead content ideation and create comprehensive content development plans/calendars across various platforms including Meta, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, and vernacular social media applications.
Research Thinking: Conduct thorough research and gather relevant materials to develop interactive and engaging content that meets client objectives.
Client Relationship Management: Demonstrate solutioning excellence by maintaining high Net Promoter Scores (NPS), providing proactive responses and solutions, and effectively implementing client feedback.
Performance Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to monitor and analyze campaign effectiveness across key metrics including community engagement, traffic, conversations, engagements, leads, and conversions.
Tactical Content Creation: Develop timely individual topical and moment marketing posts that capitalize on current trends and events relevant to client brands.
