Description and Requirements

4 - 7 years of experience as a Tableau Developer.

Work with business users to analyze BI reporting requirements, design and develop valuable BI solutions.

Perform data discovery, analysis, and profiling of data, validate business requirements, provide inputs into functional design, and identify data quality or integrity issues.

Build core datasets that enable self-service reporting and contribute to business workflow optimization.

Develop reports and dashboard solutions using Tableau as well as provide general user support and training/demo for the Tableau dashboards/environment.

Respond to ad hoc data requests and conduct analysis to provide valuable insights to stakeholders.

Create calculated fields, parameters, and data hierarchies to support complex data analysis.

Performance Tuning of Reports/Dashboards by identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.

Document design specifications and other related documents.

Must have knowledge in troubleshooting issues with respect to connections and dashboards access.

Managing Tableau server level activities like Dashboard Publishing, scheduling, monitoring, working with other teams for patching activities etc.

Must have knowledge in generating tableau extract, publishing them to the server along with setting up user permissions along with RLS.

Must have the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Willing to work till 1AM IST.

Additional

Must possess good verbal written communication skills.

Ability to work in a team and handle pressure and demands.
