Digital Solution Engineering Manager

We are an international pioneering technology leader that is writing the future of industrial digitalization. At the forefront is our Software Development Center which provides industry leading software and deep domain expertise to help the world's most asset-intensive industries solve their biggest challenges. To strengthen our Industrial Automation Analytics team, we are looking for a R&D Engineer with Industry Domain Expertise and experience in the Reliability practices preferably in Refinery / Petrochemical/Chemical/Process industry to build an Industry specific Enterprise Digital Solution Platform as well as focused industrial analytics applications.


This role is contributing to the Process Automation Business for Digital Division in Whitefield, India


You will be mainly accountable for:

Conceptualize designs for value engineering scenarios to incorporate in digital transformation solutions in the Asset performance management, Reliability, RCM, CBM, Predictive maintenance etc. Work closely with Customers and Business Units to architect and develop customer centric solutions tailored to their requirements Agile development of digital solution 'Proof of Concepts' to effectively articulate the Customer Value Proposition Provide industry specific domain insights for rich proposal responses by articulating customer value proposition

Qualifications for the role

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering or related field. 10+ years of overall work experience in Reliability domain for Rotary Equipment with significant portion in the Refinery / Petrochemical/Chemical Domain Strong experience in Reliability domain in Hydrocarbon industry. Hand on experience in Rotary equipment e.g. multistage pumps and/or compressor, turbines, turbochargers, mechanical seals etc, inspection programs, vibration analysis, current signature analysis, lube oil analysis, failure modes, active participation in RCAs and incident investigations. Exposure to reliability matrix and standards, condition-based maintenance, Plant MoC, RCM techniques such as RCFA, FMECA, risk assessment and MTBF analysis of critical rotary equipment, planning of shutdowns/overhauls
