Digital Solution Architect

Responsibilities:

Design and architect web solutions that deliver a seamless omni-channel user experience. Evaluate and select modern technologies and tools to enhance customer engagement and drive conversions through techniques such as Micro Frontends, AEM/AEP, AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud-Native platforms. Translate business requirements into innovative, scalable, and effective technical solutions. Lead solution design and development activities using Agile methodologies, collaborating closely with product stakeholders. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent delivery, implementation, and support of enterprise-level solutions. Monitor and report on delivery metrics (e.g., planned vs. actual), identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Drive process improvement initiatives and implement best practices across teams. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in web technologies, AI, and customer experience innovations, sharing knowledge with the broader team.

Must-Have Skills:

Strong hands-on experience in

Java/J2EE

Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience in leading cross-functional teams and acting as a primary point of contact across the product lifecycle. Ability to design complex conversational flows and craft engaging user experiences. Proven track record in analyzing delivery metrics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
