Job Description

Job Purpose: To develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance the brand visibility and drive customer engagement across digital platforms. This role requires a creative thinker with hands-on experience in performance marketing, social media promotions, and coordinating creative assets for effective campaigns. India Key Tasks :

End to End Social media marketing Creating plan and route map on digital marketing project and end to end execution as individual contributor Social media marketing and creating buzz and presence Creating image of the company by capturing and placing company video of different events organised in house Highly proactive to coordinate, collaborate within teams to design and define company presence in digital media Performance marketing and generating leads through digital presence Video editing and deck preparation Plan, coordinate, and oversee the creation and scheduling of content Promote the companys products and services through Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms Collaborate with design teams, content creators, and external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables Stay up to date with social media trends and competitors activities in the travel industry Support offline marketing initiatives and event-related promotions as needed
HQ Key Tasks:

Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to achieve ROI and lead targets Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) SEO & SMM knowledge and experience
Personal Qualities / Behavioral Competencies:

Creative mindset with attention to detail Strong communication and collaboration skills Proactive and self-driven with a problem-solving approach Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

Passionate about travel and customer engagement


Education:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field Certification in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing is a plus
Experience:

6 to 7 years of hands-on experience in marketing and digital campaign management Experience in managing creatives, working with design/content teams, and executing paid campaigns Prior experience in the travel industry is highly preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
