The Ideal Experience Map: Bachelor\'s degree / Master\'s degree with minimum 4-7 years of experience in analytics and reporting Roles and Responsibilities: Build optimization plans using A/B testing, multivariate testing, segment-based and behavioral targeting Generate test cases based on industry best practices that help achieve business/customer goals Analyze large data sets to make follow-up test recommendations Build detailed wireframes and manage creatives to accomplish testing goals while adhering to the customer\'s brand guidelines Manage analyst and development teams to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, content rendering etc. using JavaScript, HTML and CSS Technical and Functional Skills: Hands on experience in building hypothesis to drive business optimization Significant experience and expertise in handling large datasets Ability to drive insights from quantitative and qualitative datasets Technical expertise in JQuery, Javascript, HTML and CSS Proven experience in developing test solution that meet market needs
