Roles and Responsibilities: Be a part of the operations team working on marketing operations business Work as an independent resource/individual contributor while still being part of larger marketing automation cluster and bring synergies Handle daily hands-on campaign execution (segmentation, list pulls, query build) using Python on Jupyter Notebook Conduct extensive quality audits on segments in Python Interact with client stakeholders for validation Create campaign performance reports on a weekly/monthly basis using data from Python and Teradata Manage extensive client communication, project management and problem solving Create detailed documentation and process flows to reflect/capture ongoing projects Technical and Functional Skills: Strong interpretation and communication skills, i.e., being able to interface with Manager- to VP-level stakeholders and potentially explain analyses/deliverables to a less-technically or analytically-minded audience Excellent written and verbal communication skills At least 2 years of hands-on experience in managing email campaigns/campaign operations Minimum 2 years of experience and extensive knowledge of Python using Jupyter Notebook Minimum 2 years of experience and extensive knowledge of SQL. Certification is a plus. Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and PPT Strong project management skills, ability to create and execute complex plans with experience of having executed at least 1 big project successfully Outsourcing/offshoring experience is a plus People Skills and Other Personality Traits: Ability to understand business problems and deliver targeted solutions Strong interpretation and communication skills, i.e., being able to interface with Manager- to VP-level stakeholders and potentially explain analyses/deliverables to a less-technically or analytically-minded audience Ability to communicate effectively with clients and/or higher management
