JOB DESCRIPTION Digital - Senior Analyst - Project Management eClerx Digital is the trusted partner of choice to many of the world\'s largest global brands for creative production, e-commerce / web operations as well as analytics and insights services. Responsibilities: Manage teams, resources, project scope and deliverables including VBA automation SUGGESTION : Oversee multiple projects simultaneously and liaise with stakeholders as well as operational and technology teams to ensure clear communication of roles, requirements, and status changes and problem solving Communicate with US clients as well as internal and external project stakeholders via conference calls, emails and MIS Reporting Evaluate schedule and technical feasibility of projects and manage SLA SUGGESTION : Identify and manage project scope and provide clear, detailed documentation, process flows and status updates Required Expertise: Extensive experience as Project lead and in project migration with ability to efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) including ability to interact with US clients and internal and external senior stakeholders across the globe Strong project management skills with the ability to create and execute complex plans Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint Eligibility Requirements: Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree (Preferred) with a minimum of 2 years\' experience in Project Management (VBA) Proven communications skills Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across various time zones Benefits: We believe that talented people make a great organization.
