Access Monitoring & Governance

• Monitor and validate new access requests for both new and existing users.
• Correlate requests and approvals within SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow.
• Identify and document exceptions to standard provisioning policies.
• Ensure compliance with SOC audit requirements and maintain accurate records.

Change Detection & Risk Management

• Implement and monitor native change detection for identity and access changes.
• Investigate anomalies and escalate potential risks according to defined workflows.

Process Facilitation

• Act as the primary resource to facilitate and execute IAM processes.
• Collaborate with application owners and security teams to ensure timely resolution of access issues.

Responsibilities:
Application Coverage

• Manage identity governance for 20+ applications, ensuring consistent policy enforcement.

Qualifications:
Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Expertise

• Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of IAM principles, RBAC, and access certification processes.
• Familiarity with SOC audit controls and compliance frameworks.
• Analytical & Documentation Skills

• Ability to detect and analyze access anomalies and exceptions.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills for audit and compliance purposes.
• Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive IAM initiatives.
