Job Description

Key responsibilities

Strategy and planning

: Develop and execute digital sales strategies to meet revenue goals, identify new opportunities, and stay updated on market trends.

Customer engagement

: Identify and engage with potential customers through digital channels such as social media, email, and other online platforms.

Sales process

: Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.

Collaboration

: Work closely with the marketing team to align on digital marketing campaigns and promotional efforts.

Performance analysis

: Monitor and analyze sales data, key performance indicators (KPIs), and customer feedback to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.

Customer relationship management

: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Channel management

: Manage and optimize online sales platforms, such as an e-commerce website, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Necessary skills and qualifications

Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for sales and communication. Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Analytical skills to interpret sales data and customer behavior. Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive activities.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
