We are seeking a proactive and organized

Digital Sales Specialist

to manage our online sales channels, engage with customers, and help grow our digital presence. The ideal candidate will handle customer interactions, drive conversions through social and digital platforms, and coordinate order management and payment follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Sales & Customer Interaction:

Manage and respond to online inquiries from Instagram, WhatsApp, and other platforms Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products Convert leads into sales through effective communication and timely follow-ups Handle order confirmations and coordinate with customers on payments and dispatch

Social Media & Marketing Support:

Collaborate with the team to create engaging product posts, reels, and campaigns Run and monitor paid promotions and ad boosts to increase visibility and conversions Track campaign performance and suggest improvements for better engagement

Order Management & Logistics:

Maintain organized records of orders, payments, and dispatch details Coordinate with courier partners to ensure smooth and timely deliveries Manage daily shipments and follow up on delivery status

Requirements:

Strong understanding of digital sales and social media platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.) Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English & Hindi) Familiarity with Canva or basic design tools for creating product visuals Organized, responsible, and able to multitask effectively Previous experience in online sales or e-commerce will be an advantage
