Jaguar is seeking an experienced and performance-driven
Digital Sales Manager
to lead online sales initiatives and deliver exceptional digital customer experiences. This role will be instrumental in driving online traffic, managing leads, and converting digital inquiries into premium car sales. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of digital marketing, lead management, and high-end customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital sales strategies to drive online traffic and lead generation for Jaguar vehicles.
Manage and optimize digital platforms (website, CRM, social media, 3rd party portals) for lead acquisition and conversion.
Collaborate with marketing teams on digital campaigns, paid media, SEO, and retargeting initiatives.
Monitor and manage incoming digital inquiries and ensure timely follow-up by the sales team.
Provide a luxury-level digital customer experience from inquiry to delivery.
Analyze performance metrics (lead-to-sale ratio, conversion rate, digital ROI) and implement improvement plans.
Coordinate with dealership teams to ensure seamless integration of digital and in-store sales experiences.
Train sales staff on digital tools, platforms, and customer interaction protocols.
Liaise with Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) corporate teams on brand and digital sales initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience in digital sales or digital marketing, preferably in the
automotive or luxury retail
segment.
Strong understanding of online lead generation tools, CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, AutoCRM), and customer journey mapping.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets via digital channels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a luxury brand mindset.
Knowledge of the automotive sales cycle and premium customer behavior.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience working with luxury car brands (Jaguar, BMW, Audi, Mercedes, etc.)
Familiarity with Jaguar Land Rover digital platforms and systems
Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and analytics certifications are a plus

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
