Digital Sales Manager

Position Summary:
As a
Digital Sales Manager
, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, reaching out to prospective clients, building a pipeline, and supporting the sales cycle from lead generation through to closing. You'll work closely with the marketing, sales, and leadership teams to convert qualified leads into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Research, identify, and qualify new business opportunities in target markets or verticals.
Initiate contact with potential clients via cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking events, and inbound follow-up.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Present company services and solutions in a compelling and consultative manner.
Schedule and conduct introductory calls, demos, and discovery meetings in collaboration with senior sales reps or account managers.
Build strong relationships with leads and move them through the sales funnel.
Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and customized outreach materials.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets.
Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation strategies with campaigns and content.
Maintain accurate and timely records of all outreach and client communication.
Required Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation--preferably in B2B services, SaaS, digital marketing, or consulting.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and outreach targets.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable with cold outreach and lead generation tactics.
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.).
Self-starter mindset with a results-driven attitude.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors in Computer Science, MBA, or a similar relevant field.
Experience working in an agency, startup, or high-growth environment.
Understanding of marketing, web, SEO, or tech-related services is a plus.
Familiarity with Zoho CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar tools.
Experience attending and/or representing a company at industry events or webinars.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
