Dabb Healthwear Pvt Ltd needs a dynamic Digital Sales Manager to oversee Shopify operations and forge partnerships with online channels for our women's hygiene products, such as sanitary pads, menstrual cups, and intimates. This role drives e-commerce growth through platform management, partner negotiations, and targeted digital strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Shopify operations, including store optimization, product listings, inventory management, and integrations for seamless sales of hygiene products.
Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with online marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and Myntra to expand distribution and boost multi-channel sales.
Execute digital sales campaigns across social media, Google Ads, email (Klaviyo), and affiliate networks, focusing on women's health awareness and conversions.?
Analyze performance data from Shopify and partner platforms to optimize pricing, promotions, and customer funnels while ensuring regulatory compliance for hygiene items.
Provide weekly/monthly reports to the Director on sales metrics, partner ROI, and growth recommendations.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or E-commerce; 5+ years in digital sales, with 2+ years Shopify expertise and channel partner management.
Hands-on with Shopify apps, SEO, PPC, and partner dashboards (Amazon Seller Central, etc.); experience in FMCG/hygiene products preferred.
Strong negotiation skills for partnerships; analytical proficiency in Google Analytics and BI tools.
Excellent communication for reporting and team collaboration; knowledge of Indian e-commerce payments and trends.
Compensation:
?300000 PA + incentives , plus PF, health insurance, and performance bonuses.
