CRMIT is seeking a strategic, data-driven, and digitally savvy Digital Sales leader to lead our high-performing Digital Insights team. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth through digital channels, optimizing sales processes, and scaling CRMIT's inside sales operations. You'll be responsible for building and executing a modern sales strategy that leverages CRM, automation, analytics, and customer insights to deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
? Drive and execute a scalable inside sales and digital sales strategy supporting CRMIT's growth and positioning as a Decision Science Company.
? Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing inside sales team to generate qualified pipeline for cloud-based solutions across key global markets (USA, Australia, Europe).
? Collaborate with marketing, client partners, and solution consultants to align sales activities with CRMIT's go-to-market strategy.
? Own and deliver on pipeline generation targets for new customer acquisition.
? Implement and optimize CRM systems and sales automation platforms, tracking KPIs to improve productivity and revenue forecasting.
? Lead omnichannel prospecting initiatives (email, LinkedIn, webinars, virtual events) to engage technology decision-makers.
? Leverage AI tools, intent data, and ABM practices to improve targeting, personalization, and sales velocity.
? Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
? Ensure smooth handover of opportunities to delivery teams, enabling customer onboarding, adoption, and expansion.
? Stay updated on tech trends and buyer behavior to refine outreach strategies and anticipate market changes.
Required Skills
? Minimum 7+ years of experience in inside sales and digital sales, with a strong record of pipeline generation for cloud-based solutions across global markets (USA, Australia, Europe).
? Proven ability to design and execute sales strategies, leveraging omnichannel outreach (email campaigns, LinkedIn, webinars, virtual events).
? Proficiency with CRM platforms, sales automation systems, and performance dashboards for tracking KPIs and forecasting revenue.
? Hands-on exposure to AI-enabled sales tools, intent data, behavioral analytics, and Account Based Marketing (ABM) for targeted engagement.
? Strong collaboration skills with marketing, customer success, and solution consultants to support go-to-market plans.
? Ability to lead, coach, and motivate inside sales teams, fostering a data-driven culture for consistent performance delivery.
? Excellent relationship management skills with proven success in upselling, cross-selling, and seamless customer handover to delivery teams.
