Key Responsibilities:



Identify, engage, and convert B2B leads and B2C leads through phone, email, WhatsApp, and digital platforms Understand client logistics needs and pitch tailored service solutions Follow up with warm leads, respond to inquiries, and close deals Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM or spreadsheets Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:



Minimum 1 year of experience in

digital sales

inside sales

, or

business development

(logistics, courier, or supply chain sector preferred) Strong communication and persuasion skills (both written and verbal) Ability to work with tools like CRM, Excel, Google Workspace Self-motivated and target-driven Immediate joiners or candidates with <7-day notice period highly preferred
