Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers for insurance sales. Handle inbound sales calls. Explain product features, benefits, and policy details clearly. Address customer queries and provide accurate information. Update customer details in CRM and maintain records. Follow up with leads to close sales. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Required Skills:
Strong verbal communication. Sales and negotiation skills. Good time management. Experience in telecalling or insurance sales preferred. Basic knowledge of CRM tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
