We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Executive to handle customer enquiries received through Facebook and Instagram, Website notificationin mail, Just dial Notification in APP. The role involves responding to leads, maintaining communication with potential customers, and ensuring a smooth experience from first enquiry to appointment or service booking.
Responsibilities: (As assigned to the Executive)
1. Monitor Facebook and Instagram, Website notificationin mail, Just dial Notification in APP for incoming messages, comments, and leads.
2. Respond to customer queries in a timely, professional, and helpful manner.
3. Maintain records of enquiries and follow-up using spreadsheets or CRM tools.
4. Coordinate with the front office or service teams to confirm appointments based on social media leads.
5. Support digital campaigns by giving feedback about commonly asked questions or issues.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to improve engagement and lead quality.

Job Specification:
? Educational Qualification - Degree/ Diploma
? Experience Required - 0 to 2 years of Experience
Skills required:
? Good communication in English and Tamil.
? Need responsibility in there handling customers.
? Familiarity with Facebook and Instagram business pages.
? Basic understanding of digital marketing and lead management.
? Organized and able to handle multiple enquiries efficiently.
? Friendly and customer-oriented approach.
? Flexible to work in shifts
